Healthcare Counsellor:

We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Healthcare Counsellor to join our team at the Institute of NeuroDevelopment (IND).

Job Roles:

Client Engagement and Counselling:

• Establish empathetic and supportive relationships with clients.
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions, either in person or over the phone.
• Assess individual needs and provide guidance on available services.

Prospect Interaction and Conversion:

• Engage with potential clients over the phone or in person.
• Explain IND’s services, benefits, and value proposition.
• Effectively convert prospects into clients through persuasive communication.

Client Education and Information:

• Educate clients about neurodevelopmental challenges, interventions, and programs.
• Provide clear information about the services offered by IND.
• Address client inquiries and concerns professionally.

Sales Process Management:

• Follow structured sales processes and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve conversion goals.

Empathetic Communication:

• Demonstrate exceptional listening skills.
• Show empathy and understanding towards clients’ concerns.
• Offer emotional support and reassurance when needed.

Client Relationship Building:

• Build long-term relationships with clients based on trust.
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Seek feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Sales Target Achievement:

• Work towards meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Contribute to the growth of IND’s client base.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated on neurodevelopmental topics and therapies.
• Attend relevant training sessions or workshops.
• Continuously improve counselling and communication skills.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments, such as therapy and marketing.
• Share client feedback and insights to enhance services.
• Work together towards IND’s mission and objectives.

Requirements & Criteria

• Calling & answering patient’s phone calls explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
• Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• Female candidates and applicants with prior experience preferred.
• Must be soft spoken, enthusiastic with positive attitude and good patience.
• Excellent communication and writing skill in English, Hindi and local language.
• Should be proficient in MS-Word, MS-Excel.
