Roles & Responsibilities for Counsellors :

• Ability to conduct sales and marketing calls and knowledge of brand-related sales techniques.
• Relaxed, confident telephone manner, and strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to convey messages to customers and elicit answers.
• Computer skills.
• Result-oriented approach.
• Good team worker.
• Patient, determined and motivated.

Profile Over View:

• Counselor understands the working environment with minimum duration.
• He/she should know when to be polite and when to be strong over the command.
• Proper documentation should be made for all the important communications and information.
• Should be cautious while making cold calls and follow-up calls, your actions should not irritate the client.
• Positive approach with regular follow-ups.
