Key Responsibilities:

Placement Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop a comprehensive placement strategy aligned with industry trends and employer requirements.
• Conduct market research and gather information on job market demands, industry trends, and emerging careers to inform placement strategies.
• Identify target industries, companies, and job roles where students are likely to excel based on their completed courses.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective employers, HR professionals, industry experts, and alumni to enhance placement opportunities for students.
• Regularly engage with employers to understand their hiring needs, provide updates on student progress, and address any concerns or feedback.

Student Support:

• Provide guidance and support to students in career planning, resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to understand students career goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate workshops, seminars, and guest lectures by industry professionals to enhance students; employability skills.

Placement Process:

• Develop and implement a structured placement process, including job application management, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
• Monitor and track students; job search progress, identifying and addressing any obstacles they may face.
• Conduct mock interviews, assess students; interview performance, and provide constructive feedback to improve their chances of success.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze placement data, such as student employment rates, salary trends, and job market insights.
• Prepare regular reports on placement outcomes, highlighting key metrics, success stories, and areas for improvement.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine placement strategies, enhance program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Career Development).
• Proven experience in career counselling, talent acquisition, recruitment, or placement

services, preferably in an educational or technology-focused environment.

• In-depth knowledge of various industries, job market trends, and employer expectations.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to establish and maintain partnerships with employers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, employers,

and internal teams effectively.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data for decision-

making and process improvement.

• Familiarity with online learning platforms, education technology, and career development tools is a plus.
