Program Advisor ( EduTech ) – Inside Sales
Location : South Delhi
CTC : 4 – 8 lpa
Experience : 2- 15 yrs

Responsibilities :
– Advise potential participants (working professionals and executives) on our long term Executive and short-term Certificate Programs
– Assist program participants with required documentation for process completion
– Maintain participant database and use CRM tools
– Other responsibilities as given from time to time by the reporting manager

Profile Requirements :
– Fluency in Spoken English; Excellent communication and convincing skills
– Strong and confident personality
– Should love interacting with people
– Patience, persistence and a high level of customer orientation
– Pleasing personality, positive outlook, approachable and presentable
– Minimum 2-15 years of relevant experience would be preferred – includes people in sales positions such as field sales, tele-sales and BPO’s

Salary: ₹350,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
