Designation: Academic Counsellor

Job Description

• Counseling students and providing basic information and counseling over the phone. Regarding the suitable programs.

• Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided

• The process involves counseling the students; follow-up with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations.

• Counseling the student to fill the application forms (University), verifying them and sending the same to the universities.

• Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students.

Experience: 2 years at minimum, preference would be in the same stream

Skills Required

• Strong communication on phone and emails

• Candidate should have strong subject matter knowledge and willingness to help students from university shortlisting to final admissions.

• Good in multi-tasking and managing multiple students

• Ability to adapt to an online counseling process and work in a target oriented environment

• Build an excellent working relationship with students and universities

• Having a background in a similar industry is an add on.

• Specialisation in Stream of Design and Architecture.
