Job Description

• Handling fresh inquiries (making phone calls & walk-ins) and Follow-up calls to prospective students.

• Counsel prospective students & their guardians who are considering a career or career change.

• Evaluate students’ educational and work backgrounds in order to help them determine what they need to do next to achieve their goals.

• Advise students about what courses and educational programs they need to do for a career.

• Parents’ interaction and coordination.

• Achieve admission targets.

• System Updating & Follow up with the prospect who has been counseled already.

• Follow and complete the admission process for student enrolment.

• Submit a daily activity report to your immediate superior.

• Ensure to solve student queries (other than technical/functional).

• External Visits & Events Coordination is additional.

• Good communication and coordination skills, and counselling skills are required.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 yr. of Experience as Course Counsellor / Admission Counsellor

• Counselling Experience in Education
