Profile : Education Counsellor / Sales Executive

* Job description* :

· Handling Telephonic Enquiry/ Online Enquiry

· Counselling to Online Enquiry & Converting Into Admissions Sales

· Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counselling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output

· Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes

· Handling Revenue Collection From Students

· Trainer & Students Grievances handling

· Handling administrative work

· Proper Reporting & MIS

· Quality Check & Feedback from Students

Skills needed:

· Sales Skills to achieve Target Sales of the month

· Excellent Persuasion Skills

· Great Communication Skills

· Target Oriented achieving Sales Closures

· Friendly to generate trust of the enquiries over phone itself

· Interpersonal Skills to get good rapport with students

· Long Term Employment

Good Telephone Etiquettes

Location : Thane West (Work from office)

Preferably : Female candidates

Fixed salary : 15000 to 25000 p.m. depending on experience

Incentive : Based on Target slab
