IIDM invites an education counselor for our institution (Female candidates only). Candidates should have experience in the education field. Develop and manage a comprehensive educational support program. Actively support the values, vision, and policies of the institute.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist students on course selection, and career selection.
• Provide guidance to students on academic goals and educational issues
• Must have good communication skills, able to counsel students.
• Explain admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them complete the required documents.
• Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
• Manage and follow-up leads
• Must be time punctual and adaptive nature.
• Tele calling skill count as a plus point.
• Should have energetic, passionate, enthusiastic, strong convincing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,774.61 – ₹25,243.99 per month
