IIDM invites an Academic Counsellor for our institution (Female candidates only). Candidates should have experience in Education field. Develop and manage comprehensive academic support program. Actively support the values, vision, and policies of the institute.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist students on course selection, and career selection.
• Must have good communication skills, able to counsel students.
• Explain admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them complete the required documents.
• Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
• Manage and follow-up leads
• Must be time punctual and adaptive nature.
• Tele calling skill count as a plus point.
• Should have energetic, passionate, enthusiastic, strong convincing skills

Qualification:

• Any Graduation

Experience:

• 1 year experience in Education field

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per month
