Roles and Responsibilities

The Requirement is for a very reputed National level brand of 30 years (with presence at Delhi, Rajasthan, Odisha, Haryana, Karnataka etc) for taking coaching classes at:

Prestigious National level amongst Top 10 Schools in India

Location: Pilani (Rajasthan) / Delhi

(Pilani is the town of BITS Pilani fame which is about 2.5 to 3 hours from Delhi/Jaipur).

Responsibility:

1. To coach students for Entrance Exams leading to students joining in IIT, BITS, AIIMS, Gov’t Medical Colleges etc.
2. Most importantly the gamified way of learning delivery
3. Plan, develop, and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons for JEE/NEET aspirants in the subjects of Maths, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
4. Ensure the curriculum is up-to-date and aligned with the latest exam patterns and guidelines.
5. Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and develop personalized strategies for improvement.
6. Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide additional support to students who require it.
7. Collaborate with fellow faculty members and share best practices to enhance the overall teaching quality.
8. Actively participate in parent-teacher meetings and address concerns or queries related to students’ progress.
9. Keep track of students’ attendance, assignments, and assessments and maintain proper documentation.
10. Stay updated with the latest developments in the subjects and incorporate them into the teaching methodology.

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should have minimum any of these degrees: MSc / BTech / MBBS / BPT / BDS / BPharm / BFTech / BVSc or any other 4 year degree programme considered at par with these.

More than the degree the most important factor will be ability of the candidate to make students learn various concepts in the subject concerned in a gamified manner/process.

Being passionate about making students succeed in Entrance Exams & being ready to do anything or everything will be very important.

Experience will be given due weightage however, applicants’ ability to learn to take classes at Entrance level will be a major consideration.

ABILITY TO TAKE CLASSES USING ENGLISH WILL BE A PREFERABLE REQUIREMENT.

Also needed:

1. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex concepts easily understandable.
2. Patience and empathy towards students, with a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.
3. Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
