Job Description:
1. Counselling background will be recommended.
2. Receiving Inbound calls and counseling for professional Certification / Diploma Courses.
3. Out-bond calls as per the leads received from different sources.
4. Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert in to the admission.
5. Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions.
6. Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines
Required skills:
1. Good communication skills. (Fluency in English and Hindi both is must)
2. Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
3. Candidates should be comfortable for a target-based job.
Requirement:
Should have Laptop/desktop along with broadband connectivity, It’s going to be Work From Home.
