· Warmly Greet, welcome customers and direct them appropriately

· Guide the enquiries to complete the admission process

· Responsible for handling – Telephonic, Walkins and leads from other sources

· Capture all enquiries on CRM with appropriate details( To record date, time, name, mobile number, instrument preferred, day & time opted in the Enquiry book for follow up for reminders to make them to join us at a later time)

· Coordinate with the enquires and fix appointments with the academic counsellor

· Responsible for all fee collection & allocation of time slots as directed by the academic counsellor

· Maintain all student and teacher attendance records

· Manage all communications related to school activities including – Leave/Classes/Compensation/Fee collection/ Welcome Emails/ Manoke Email, etc.

· Supervise the one Housekeeping person for up keeping the activities happening in school

· Monitor the allocation of rooms for musical class and auditorium for the students who have been enrolled and undergoing classes with their respective teachers.

· Responsible for maintenance of the premise and the Musical instruments and school inventory

· Attending special events at Auditorium to give support to team in case of necessity.

· Job Type: Full-time

· Salary: ₹15,000 /-per month

· Timing : Rotational Shift – 10am to 6pm & 12pm to 8pm.

· Location : Mound Road ,Chennai
