Eligibility Criteria-

Min 1yr working exp as a VNA/ Communication Trainer

Must be well versed with Training Matrices

Training exp into any domain i.e BPO/ Universities/ Institution will work

Certifications in Training (preferred)

Role & responsibilities-

• Initiate and participate in the projects of the team and the department
• Should have experience in Voice and Accent training in a BPO environment
• Conduct refresher or stratified training batches based on TNA TNI
• High level of proficiency in Power Point and Excel
• Conduct audits and feedback for the targeted population with the objective of improving scores for training throughput / NPS / CSAT, etc.
• Ensure the quality of hiring is as per the MSR of the account
• Experience in delivering training in both physical and virtual environments
• Critical thinking understand the need of the business and create the TNA TNI to improve the business through innovative methods
• Practical and focused on metrics and data reporting
• Consistent alignment with operations by understanding needs, conducting refreshers, training batches – If required
• Demonstrate innovation in training by carrying floor requirement into classroom training.

Preferred Skills-

• Graduate/Post Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in Communication Skills training

• Must successfully clear the TTT certification

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Stakeholder management

• Efficient problem solving skills

• Planning and organizational skills

• Should be a good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve

• Thorough knowledge of training procedures, methods, and techniques

• Identify Learning needs of agents/ any other learners/ business as a learning consultant

• Observe and evaluate trainee performance during real time training sessions

• Intermediate level of expertise in MS Office

• Maintain key MIS related to all the above activities

• Manage retention during training

• Attend TTT for any client or CNX requirements

• Conduct Need analysis and share feedback with stakeholders
