• Candidate with minimum 2yeasr experience into Communication/ VNA Training on papers.
• Must be working in International Voice Process in a BPO background
• Must be a graduate
• Excellent communication skills required

Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and participate in the projects of the team and the department

• Should have experience in Voice and Accent training in a BPO environment

• Conduct refresher or stratified training batches based on TNA TNI

• High level of proficiency in Power Point and Excel

• Conduct audits and feedback for the targeted population with the objective of improving scores for training throughput / NPS / CSAT, etc.

• Ensure the quality of hiring is as per the MSR of the account

• Experience in delivering training in both physical and virtual environments

• Critical thinking understand the need of the business and create the TNA TNI to improve the

business through innovative methods

• Practical and focused on metrics and data reporting

• Consistent alignment with operations by understanding needs, conducting refreshers, training

batches – If required

• Demonstrate innovation in training by carrying floor requirement into classroom training.

• Contribute to process improvements and innovation in the training function
