Role & responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training programs focused on mobile phones and technology sales, covering product knowledge, features, and customer engagement strategies.
• Provide ongoing support to sales teams to ensure they stay informed about the latest products and industry trends.
• Create and implement motivational training sessions designed to inspire and energize the sales team.
• Foster a positive and high-performance culture by identifying and addressing motivational needs within the team.
• Train sales personnel on effective route planning, time management, and territory optimization.
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure efficient product placement and maximize sales opportunities.
• Develop and deliver soft skills training programs covering communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Conduct role-playing exercises and real-life scenarios to reinforce and enhance soft skills among the sales team.
• Implement behavioral training programs to enhance professional conduct, teamwork, and positive interactions within the workplace.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to address any behavioral challenges and ensure a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
• Establish and implement a robust post-training evaluation system to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Analyze feedback and performance metrics to continuously refine and improve training programs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a retail environment, with a focus on sales training.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile phones and technology products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficient in training tools and technology.
