Responsibilities
- This role will be responsible for developing and executing key talent attraction strategies and initiatives across target campuses
- Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.
- Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
- Attend college career fairs, interact with students, and promote our employer’s brand
- Run the campus events across locations – end to end
- Organize the recruiting strategy and execution, including marketing, events, resourcing, and targeted yields.
- Effectively liaise with all stakeholders to drive events on campus
- Adapt to the dynamic on-campus environment and find creative solutions to unforeseen challenges
- Track progress through the season and re-strategize campus recruiting plans as required
- Ability to lead priority initiatives with aggressive timelines.
