We are looking for a sales trainer who can join our learning and development team

Key Responsibilities: –

• Conceptual and creative ability to help the organization & the process by sharing new, innovative, and effective ideas for improvement.
• Delivering onboarding and refresher training on sales-related topics
• Being a mentor/coach to consultants and track their progress on a regular basis (via live coaching)
• Performing call quality audits of consultants and sharing feedback (email + verbally)
• Identifying fatal & non-fatal errors impacting the process & take corrective/ preventive action
• Escalating issues that hamper the process
• Actively participate in buddy program / OJT+ Stakeholder management -coordinating closely with TLS/HR/Training team on the progress of consultant

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Minimum 2-4 years experience
• Excellent comm skills – Grammar, Spoken, Sentence framing, and Comprehension.
• Good Knowledge of Sales
• Time management/ prioritization skills. + Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and work to tight deadlines
• Passion for Learning and Development, Self-motivated
• Ready to work from the office.
