Roles and Responsibilities:

Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team.
Setting clear team goals.
Ability to oversee day-to-day operation.
Motivate and mentor the team members as per the process requirements.
Discover training needs and provide coaching or mentorship.
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
Suggest and organize team building activities.
Regular quality checks for every session and make sure the course is completed in the said time line.
Nurturing team member strengths and identifying areas for improvement.
Responsible for preparing and hosting presentations.
Prepare presentations on data and analyses and visualize data to support awareness and decision-making.
Ideas of new teaching methods.
Event planning and organizing.
Handling learners’ escalations and dealing with intricate learner’s issues.
Readiness to work on rotational shifts and adapt to flexible working hours.
