The Medical Coding Trainer will be responsible for leading medical coding training sessions for aspiring professionals in the clinical research industry.

The trainer will use their experience to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards. The Trainer will also work with students and fellow trainers to achieve learning outcomes and prepare students for success in their careers. Key Responsibilities’ Conduct training sessions for medical coding, covering both online and offline batches.

Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules that align with industry standards and best practices. Assess the learning needs of participants and tailor training programs accordingly. Provide timely feedback and support to trainees to enhance their understanding and application of medical coding concepts.

Stay abreast of industry trends and updates to ensure training content remains current and relevant. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve and update training materials. Monitor and evaluate the progress of participants, adjusting training methods as needed to ensure successful learning outcomes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Management or a related field
