AIESEC Hiring For Assistant English Teacher at Kochi, Kerala Full Time
Description
We are seeking Teacher Assistant to help our Lead Teachers in educating our students. You’ll get to work with students of various ages, while learning how to craft effective lesson plans and organize classrooms. You will be responsible for individual students – or smaller groups of students – who need assistance to absorb the lesson material. You’ll work with the lead Teacher to build plans for class and you’ll also help them with record- keeping.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday, 09:00am – 1:00pm
·Teach most part of the time and implement adequate training. Create, implement and organize the academic activities and programs.
Help with other academic/administration related activities during non-teaching hours.
To make new enhancement to curriculum and academics proposals.

Actively contribute to the organizations strategic plan assessing short and long-
term needs.
