Full Job Description
- An educational counselor plays an integral role in guiding students in their academic journey from helping them choose the right stream, to selecting the right course and university and making the right choices to steer toward their dream career.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating registers and student database at the branch level. Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups. Support the operations manager and other colleagues. Provide Counselling Services to students/parents in person, over the phone, or via email
