Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Academic Counsellor to join our team at TENAI. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience in academic counselling and a strong background in education.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide academic advising and guidance to students on course selection, degree requirements, and academic policies.
• Assist students in developing academic plans and setting educational goals based on their interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
• Guide students through the visa process and documentation required for study abroad programs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and aspirations to offer tailored guidance.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the field of overseas education and study abroad programs.
• Collaborate effectively with the admissions team and other departments to ensure seamless student support services.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress throughout the counselling process.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance counselling skills and knowledge.

Key Requirements:

• Graduation degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience of 4-5 years in academic counselling, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of overseas education opportunities and study abroad programs.
• Familiarity with visa processes and documentation requirements for study abroad programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
