We are seeking an experienced Education Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students and parents to help them make informed decisions about their education and career paths.

The Education Counsellor will work closely with students to assess their interests, strengths, and goals, and will provide advice on academic programs, scholarships, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the education landscape.

Responsibilities:

Meet with students and parents to discuss academic and career goals

Assess students’ interests, strengths, and weaknesses

Provide advice on academic programs and career opportunities

Help students navigate the application and enrolment process for universities and colleges

Assist students with scholarship and financial aid applications

Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements

Stay up-to-date with changes and trends in the education landscape

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field

Minimum of 0-1 years’ experience as an Education Counsellor or similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build strong relationships with students and parents

Strong knowledge of the education landscape and industry trends

Familiarity with university and college application processes

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
