Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Noida. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing educational consulting and student counseling services to our students. They will also provide career counseling services and work in collaboration with other teams to develop education plans for students.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Experience in student counseling, educational consulting, or related fields.
• Career counseling expertise to develop career development plans for students.
• Knowledge of education policies and practices for developing appropriate education plans for students.
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Master’s degree in Counseling or Education is preferred.
