Roles and Responsibilities:

• Looking for Associate Professors / Assistant Professors for MBA Program (Finance / Human Resource / Marketing / Operations).
• Responsible for taking lectures for the Department of Management Studies as per the University subjects and course curriculum.
• Actively publish research papers in the area of interest
• Support the accreditation and affiliation efforts.
• Mentor students in the Management programs
• Contribute and Cooperate with the other Departments and Committees in organising Seminars & Conferences, Training Programmes.
• Guide student projects at UG and PG levels, help them with reports, review articles, research papers, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• For Associate Professors: PhD/MBA (FullTime) with minimum 8 years of experience
• For Assistant Professors: MBA with minimum 4 years of experience

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
