Gateway Finishing School is an organisation bridging the gap between the academic education and what the industry actually requires. We train UG/PG Students/Working Professionals or anyone who wants to get placed in a company if academically eligible. We provide training courses like Python, Java, .NET, Cloud and DevOps, etc. Hence we looking for a candidate who’s expertise in giving counselling for this sector.

Responsibilities

• Counsels students in-person, by phone on Database we provide.
• Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development.
• Provide regular detailed reports of activity, attendance, topics, and trends
• Creates and maintains relationships with Colleges to assist in the placement for the companies.
• Encourages students to ensure they are on track with meeting specific placement requirements
• Contact employers in assigned territory to schedule seminars and work with them to promote attendance at the scheduled seminars and workshops
• To have knowledge over the programs we deliver.

Qualifications

• Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling/ Marketing/ Business/ Engineering or any other discipline
• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary
• Ability to develop positive student relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
