Content and co-ordination.

OVERALL, PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To enable placements to the trained resources in their area of training in MNC companies and doing digital marketing with colleges, companies and candidates.

Areas of work:

• Tracking Candidates with their training and progress
• Sourcing candidates
• Co-ordinating with MNC company recruiters
• Relationship building:
• Collect and track details of candidates and open positions.
• Help in mobilising candidates for future batches.
• Enable Digital marketing.

Visits to Companies & Colleges:

• Where required,
• Should visit the MNC companies and meet the TAG teams
• Visit colleges to administer recruitment process and also to join the candidates for the training.

Common :

• Adhere to set process and SOPs in the day to day execution of tasks
• Adhere to set controls in the process during execution of tasks
• Actively contribute in performing Root Cause Analysis on all critical issues / errors reported, and closure of corrective and preventive actions

Qualifications & Skills:

EDUCATION

Graduate /Post Graduate in HR & Marketing

Language: English (mandatory)

• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal
