About the internship
Flinto is a global ed-tech company that specializes in early child development. With all preschools closed during COVID, it has launched Teacher@home – a home-based preschool/ kindergarten solution to make children school-ready through its multi-sensory learning experience with one-to-one interaction with the teacher. We are looking for self-motivated, accomplished, and inspiring freshers who want to become teachers and join us in this journey.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include taking offline classes of the children by going to their gated communities according to the lesson plans given by us. The intern will have to deliver small-group early learning offline classes at the child’s residence.

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 19th Feb’21 and 26th Mar’21
3. are available for duration of 1 month
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Language Fluency – English. Additional regional languages would be a plus
2. Laptop – Should own a personal laptop
3. Wifi – Should own a minimum Speed of 20 Mbps
4. Assets – phone, sim, and headset will be shipped from our end
5. Education: psychology, sociology, social work graduation
6. Excellent command of English language with proficiency in both verbal and written language
7. Interest in early learning and child development
8. Should be highly motivated and enthusiastic with good interpersonal and presentation skills
Additional Information
Working Days – 6 working days
Training – You will go through a training program with us after joining.
Travel costs will be reimbursed.
