
We are looking for an experienced trainer to join our organization who will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs on areas including but not limited to Soft skills, Product, Processes for new hires and existing employees complete with self-paced learning modules and guides.
The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to impart and evaluate employee training and performance. The trainer will be required to work as an individual contributor or as part of a team.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
– Conceptualize, prepare and maintain training materials based on requirements for multiple areas such as Finxera product & processes and cultural training including soft-skills.
– Deliver in-person and remote training sessions to new and existing employees on varied topics such as Finxera product, development & operational processes and cultural training including soft-skills.
– Have a technology friendly mindset and help develop self-paced training modules that will help scale our training programs.
– Collaborate with different stakeholders such as product managers, HR, operational team heads and management to identify training requirements & come up with multiple training programs to satisfy the needs of respective stakeholders. Be responsible for maintaining & imparting training programs and schedules.
– Plan and implement an effective training curriculum that is capable of thorough evaluation resulting in improvements to future training programs and higher quality of training content.
– Be datametrics driven to drive higher quality evaluations. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications :
– 70% and above in 10thand 12th grade Bachelor’s degree in information technology, education, business, or related field
– 8+ years of previous experience as a product trainer, corporate training specialist, or related positions in training
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
– Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
– Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills & confident public speaking skills
– Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
– Certification from talent and training associations a plus
