Ensure the design and development of technology solutions properly fulfill all business requirements, achieves desired objectives.

Work closely with the development team to ensure standards are followed; Project schedules, risks, and issues are effectively managed, and project stakeholders receive regular communications.

Ensure documentation, knowledge sharing, training, and deployment readiness.

Create technical specifications and test plans

Requirements

Computer Science Degree or equivalent.

Experience with Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET MVC, API, ASP .NET Core technologies.

Strong background in web tier and middle tier development with object-oriented programming experience with ASP.Net / C#, including experience designing & implementing application architecture.

Proficient in consuming & publishing Web Services (SOAP) and Web API (REST).

Experience with Git and CI/CD

Advanced knowledge and experience in Postgres

Strong background in data modeling and database design concepts

Experience in writing Unit Tests using frameworks such as NUnit/Moq

Experience with multi threaded programming and concurrency control

Ability to comprehend and implement detailed project specifications as well as the ability to adapt to various technologies

Strong problem-solving skills required

Excellent proactive communications and planning skills

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.

High attention to detail

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Able to work well in a team setting

Healthcare domain knowledge/experience is highly desired.

Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, optional, but a strong plus.
