JOB DESCRIPTION- Training Manager

• Responsible for Training Interventions for all the Divisions of the Organization.
• Imparting On the Job Training (OJT) to Field executives to reinforce the Knowledge and Skills required in the Field
• Designing and implementing specific training initiatives to improve sales Effectiveness, Productivity, Performance MRS, ASM & ZSMs
• -Collaborate with business stakeholders (State Business Heads & Sales Managers) to validate and identify
• Learning/ training needs for target audience within my geography and plan relevant training solution/s
• -Train Sales Force on E-reporting/ E-learning modules (Develop SLAMs (Self Learning Assessment Modules) to facilitate continuous learning of Sales team)
• -Strengthen /Develop coaching skills in Field Managers and help them to provide properly Job coaching to Sales Team to perform
• -Enhance Sales Team skills with periodic training interventions to improve their in-clinic effectiveness and achieve the business Objectives
• -Visiting different Doctors in Hospitals/ clinics and understanding their concerns to customize our approach in Training
• Responsible for identifying the Training Needs [TNI], Training needs analysis [TNA], Training Strategy, Annual Training Plan, Training designing, Training budgeting, Training calendar, Training delivery Training feedback , Training evaluation according to the organizational Priorities

Qualification, Experience & Exposure:

Any Science graduate or Pharma graduate with PGDHRM or MBA

5 years & above in Field sales & Training function delivery
