• Facilitates day-to-day classes with the necessary knowledge and soft-skills needed to secure employment opportunities.
• Demonstrates an understanding of employability skills, teaching materials and procedures with a clear understanding of the various learning styles.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and demonstrable command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Ability to present, demonstrate, and show expertise with differing audiences, varied from no experience to subject matter experts.
• Previous Virtual & classroom training experience.
