• Roles & Responsibilities: The job holder will assist in the recruitment and admissions of students for a particular different products and services offered by TIG by getting in touch with the candidate(s) lead generated from various marketing campaigns. Counselling through data calling, chat, e-mail and prospective students walk in. Job holder schedules and conducts campus tours for the prospective student(s) and their parents Responsibilities:
• Information assimilation
• Responsible for all marketing and promotional activities
• Responsible for school / Tuition Center tie-ups
• Counsel students and assist in recruitment
• Compiling and Analysing Market information so as to develop future strategies for the Company.
• Provide pre admission counselling and advise the students regarding the admission process.
• Follow up and closure of leads.
• Assist students during the Admissions process
• Participate in the Admissions event(s) when necessary
• Handling queries over telephone.
• Converting leads into enrolments.
• Calling on given leads.
• Guide students on a sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic success.
• Directly responsible to achieve the targets for new enrolments
• Create and submit the MIS Reports Maintain confidentiality of data.
• Generate walk-ins from telephonic leads, leads from other sources and referrals.
• Counselling through data calling, chat, e-mail and prospective students walk in.
• Required skills:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
