Role & responsibilities
Qualification B.Ed., mandatory; Ph.D. Degree preferred; Must have done ECCE/NTT Teaching certification or licensure with relevant teaching experience in Pre-Primary or Primary segment.
Experience in Education [Pre-Primary], especially handling pre-primary Academics.
Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating professional development programs for teachers.
Strong knowledge of pedagogical theories, instructional strategies, and best practices in teaching and learning.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire adult learners.
Proficiency in educational technology tools, learning management systems, and digital resources for teaching and learning.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, curriculum developers, and instructional support staff.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
