Job Overview: The Admission Officer for the preschool is responsible for managing the admission process, interacting with parents and prospective students, and ensuring a positive experience for families transitioning into the preschool environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Admission Process Management:

• Coordinate and oversee the entire admission process for new students.
• Collect and review applications, ensuring all required documents are submitted.
• Schedule and conduct admission interviews and assessments for prospective students.

Communication with Parents:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents inquiring about admission.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing information about the preschool’s curriculum, policies, and procedures.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and provide assistance throughout the admission process.

Tours and Orientation:

• Conduct guided tours of the preschool for prospective parents, showcasing facilities and explaining educational programs.
• Organize and facilitate orientation sessions for newly admitted students and their parents.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admission-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for student enrollment.

Collaboration with Preschool Staff:

• Work closely with teachers and administrative staff to assess the needs and suitability of prospective students.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline the admission process.

Marketing and Outreach:

• Assist in the development of marketing materials for the preschool
• Coordinate & lead digital marketing efforts of the preschool
• Participate in activities to promote the preschool and attract prospective families

Admission Policies Compliance:

• Stay informed about and enforce admission policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the preschool adheres to legal and regulatory requirements regarding admissions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, early childhood development, or a related field.
• Previous experience in admissions, preferably in a preschool or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
