We are looking for a Chief of Staff for our founder, Dr. Tristha Ramamurthy. We invite all high caliber passionate individuals who wish to make an impact in education and be vital contributors to our growth journey!

The Role:

The Chief of Staff (COS) will work closely with the Founder, Dr. Tristha on everything from strategy and planning to special projects and executive coordination. This is a key role that impacts all business areas and would require working with team members and leaders, both internal and external. The Chief of Staff will have the ability to impact and improve decisions and processes directly, and your work will increase the speed and efficiency of execution throughout the company.

The Chief of Staff role will give you visibility to look at how a growth stage company scales and operates from the vantage point of the executive. This position is a stepping stone towards that aspiration or a leadership role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build relationships well across the organization and externally
• Ensure that teams have the information that they need, and ensure that action items that come out of any event/meetings get executed upon
• Identify, define, manage, and drive ad hoc special projects and cross-functional initiatives and strategies to the Institution.
• Build a thorough understanding of all business areas – operations, technology, strategy, and innovation, etc. – to determine the priorities of the Founder through weekly meetings and identify opportunities to increase the leadership team and the institutions’ effectiveness in execution.
• Identify and help the Founder come to decisions with cultural/management issues.
• Drive executive-level operations – strategic and OKR planning, business reviews, and Board meetings
• Facilitate effective decision-making throughout the organization.
• Ability to summarise and present complex topics effectively to a broad audience.- Experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects.

• Experience in financial analysis and basic modeling.-

Professional Background (Must have):

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, investment banking, corporate strategy, product management, or similar.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s; A Master’s in Engineering/Economics/Management or related discipline from Tier 1 Institution is preferred.
