About The Role

As the Branch in Charge, you will be responsible for the staffing, profit, performance and other operations of the branch. Your job includes supervising the employees in the branch and reporting the performance of your branch to the management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with the management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
• Actively pursue operational objectives
• Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
• Responsible for Sales at Branch level and Performance Discipline of all departments.
• Hostel Facility smooth functioning.
• Monitoring and execution of activities under student relations
• Branch discipline employees as well as for students
• Monitoring and execution of administration team responsibilities.
• Admission at the branch levels (walk in)
• Class coordination, timetable, faculty management, monitoring the functioning of the academic team members.

• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
