EduTechEx is an innovative educational technology-based company whose primary goal is to help K12, college and university students discover their passionate careers at an early age and train them through ingenious counseling and learning methods to be successful in the entrance and university application process. EduTechEx offers both online and offline training programs K12 students studying in CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, and IB curriculums. We are looking to hire an Senior Admission/Academic Counselor whose role is to lead the team of tele-callers, arrange/conduct counseling sessions and achieve conversion targets.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Communicate via calls, emails to parents and students about EduTechEx services and products.

• Team Leader for Tele callers. You need to lead a team of two tele callers and responsible for there work and conversion of leads.

• Maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Should be prepared to research about schools and curriculums

• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets

• Coordinate weekly and monthly meetings between parents, teachers and management

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
• Have previous studied in Top IVY league Universities across the globe from USA, UK, Canada, Singapore, Australia etc. Eg: Harvard, Oxford University etc
• 8-15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in counseling/sales/marketing/tele calling (preferably from education sector)

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

• The ability to follow scripts and align according to customers requirements

• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Team Player and excellent organizational skills

• Effective communication and customer service skills

• Experience of tele calling and outbound/inbound sales in an industrial environment is highly desirable.

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹150,000.00 per month
