Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Dean/Director (Academician) located in Pune. The Assistant Dean/Director will be responsible for day-to-day academic-related tasks including curriculum development and implementation, managing faculty and staff, leading student support services, and tracking academic progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD degree in the relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in an academic leadership role
• Exceptional organizational and managerial skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with curriculum development and implementation
• Experience with managing faculty and staff
• Experience in promoting high academic standards and achievements
• Experience in student support services and academic advising
• Must be a local of PUNE or Nearby
