A student Counselor is a very integral part of the Education Vertical Team .

Your primary responsibilities would be as follows (but not limited to )

1. Interact with students and family members and explain about the benefits of various prep programs.
2. Convince and Enroll students for the program.
3. Coordinate with Different stakeholders and facilitate query resolution for Students and his family.
4. Collaborate with different stakeholders to design and execute strategies for student interaction and enrollment.
5. Systematically maintain student data at every stage and follow through process .
6. Work hand in hand with different stakeholders to maintain a smooth flow of student acquisition process.
7. Help and resolve enrolled students queries.
8. Ensure we maintain positive & Happy customer engagement ratings.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Graduate and above. Must have at-least 1 year of work experience with student counseling, sales or direct customer dealing profile.
2. Comfortable with Hindi , English and Marathi language. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
3. Extremely confident with interactions.
3. Diligent with follow ups on Calls , Emails etc.
4. Good at recording and maintaining student data and follow ups
5. A go-getter with willingness to learn new processes and collaborate with multifunction’s to execute strategies from acquiring to enrolling students.
