Job Description of Student/ Study Abroad Counsellors for UK, Canada & Other Countries

1. Follow-up with students who have indicated an interest in studying abroad.
2. Evaluation of the profile and advise the students accordingly
you will first analyze the student’s academic credentials and give them the most appropriate program options and other suitable careers.
3. When choosing a university and country, you will assist students to select according to their preferences and choices. You will help the student decide on the institution to study.
4. Admission Processing: The Counsellor will assist students with filling out their admission applications, preparing the financial documents, and applying for the visa.
5. Documents: The Counsellor will explain the requirements of the documents shortlisted and help students put together every record in advance. The counsellor will also be in charge of the application process to receive financial aid considering all aspects of the students.
6. Educational Loans: This specialist will give all the information about education loans and financial assistance.
7. Visa processing: You will give detailed information on the process for getting a visa and help students get ready to take the Visa interview. The experts are constantly informed of the latest requirements as well as immigration laws and visa checklists.
9. The process after acceptance: When the university accepts or sends an acceptance letter to the student, the counsellor will provide the support needed. The role of a counsellor is to work with the student and the university to get an acceptance. Counsellors will be able to provide answers to any questions regarding finances, lifestyle, etc.

Contract length: 5 months

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: From ₹20,000.00 per month
