Educate Online Inc Hiring for Product Manager at India Full Time

We are Educate Online, an EdTech startup.

We are bringing accredited and time-proven western high school education into India, in online format.

We are working with the world’s leading educational institutions starting from private schools to higher education institutions, we help our clients find the most suitable educational option for them, arrange their enrollment, study online or offline.

Our clients are parents of children from 5 to 24 years old (for Indian market mainly are 9—12th grades). The foundation of our work is a sincere concern for our clients and their children, the desire to provide high-quality service and produce a “wow” effect from cooperation with us.

Now we are actively growing and developing:

• We have already taken care of clients from Russia and the CIS, India, Italy. We have launched sales in Spain and Africa.
• We have built key business processes, right now we are developing an IT product.
• We cooperate with the top online schools from the USA, UK, Canada, and other countries.

We are looking for highly experienced Product Manager who will help us to define the proper market segment, channel for product delivery and scale our product into it. This person has experience in go-to-market strategy for educational or equivalent products.

What you will do:

• Define and drive the long-term product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our product line, aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Own and lead Go-to-Market planning for division and support product management team in working with robust GTM plans.
• Strategize, build, maintain, and communicate product visions and product roadmaps to the team and stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, enabling data-driven decision-making for product development and positioning.
• Identify the customer needs/ requirements, products, and product attributes that will advance the learning experience and learning outcomes for elementary, middle and high school teachers and students.
• Keep apprised of the competitors’ products and changes to reposition product.
• Work with product design to draft user stories, balancing needs from design with technical feasibility, understanding the dependencies and coordinating the timeframe for implementing and launching new features and enhancements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in digital-first product development across topics and key areas, including assessment, EdTech products, and use of AI, actively participating in conferences, forums, and professional networks.

• You have 3+ years of product manager / product owner experience
• You are entrepreneurial person, not just a manager
• You are experienced in go-to-market strategy & execution
