Job description
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University.
Experience: Relevant experience of at least Five (05) years in secretarial /administrative role preferably in education sector
Skills required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good listener
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Must be a team player
Job Description:
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda
- Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Directing internal and external calls, emails to designated departments.
- Managing software / application related to teachers and student
- Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents
- Liaising with internal departments
- Coordinate with HOD’s/Students/Parents as per the requirement
- Establish and maintain record-keeping system for files, contacts etc.
- Other administrative support as and when required
