Requirements

Technical

– Excellent internet connection.

– Headset

– Good command of MS

– A quiet room with no noise or disturbances

Educational and Experience

– Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, or related fields.

– Good knowledge of English

– Certified knowledge of the target language (minimum B1-B2)

– Previous teaching experience is an asset.

– Experience in teaching school kids (aged 8-18) is an asset.

– Freshers can apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

– Teaching on daily basis (60 minutes)

– Lesson planning according to the curriculum and the level taught (A0, A1, A2, etc.)

– Prepare and submit lessons plans when required

– Report any issue with students or with the organization to the management

– Attend digital training provided by iFLS

– Attend teachers’ reunions when required

Other requirements

– Passion and enthusiasm about teaching are highly valued.

– Knowledge of other languages is an asset

Salary disbursement

– Freshers can earn up to 750 INR/hour

– Experienced teachers can earn up to 1000 INR/hour
