Position Summary

Responsible of implementing the SSC result improvement plan in all ELC centres across all states. (He or she will work for 30% Night School Transforming Program and 70% Evening Learning Centre.)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Academic leadership & Trainings

• Foundation Course & Bridge Course Implementations: Content Making, Decide Schedule, Base line & End Line & Syllabus design, To Take trainings of all ELC staff Regarding Implementations.
• Main syllabus yearly planning: – To prepare month wise syllabus planning & orient to subject teacher to follow the same. Customize for all state
• To set a SSC result target for each ELC centers.
• Tracking of SSC students: – To categories SSC students of each ELC centers into Bright/Focus/ Average
• Mentor sessions (For Teacher): – To organize teacher’s trainings. Planning, Design & selection of mentors.
• SSC Sunday Extra Classes & Bright student Classes: – Planning of the activity, Follow-up with staffs regarding attendance.
• Worksheets (Google Form- Objective type questions) : – Preparation of worksheets- Medium wise, selection of worksheet setters, Planning, Implementation & trainings with staff.
• Science practical/ E-Learnings: – Schedule the activities, Time –Table & trainings with the staff & monitoring.
• Exam Planning: – Unit test, semester exam, open book test & prelim exam planning, result analysis.
• ELC centers those are not achieving SSC target- meetings: – To provide extra supports & remedial actions to improve the SSC results.

Report & Documentation

• To maintain the data of each ELC center
• To prepare MOM & actionable of each trainings and follow-up.
• To share the details of the activities with MIS/ main office & Communications.

Budget Planning & implementations.

• To plan the activity as per donor budgets.
• Process the requisitions Follow-up with respective departments
• Payment process & Settlement of Bills with Finance.

Visit To ELC centers across all states

• Visit to all ELC centers, addresses the issues & find out the solutions.
• Follow-up with teachers regarding syllabus completion & overall SSC Result Improvement activities

Job Specification:

experience in the field of education sector with a special focus on implementing SSC improvement program laid out by Masoom. Earlier experience could include teaching, conducting moderator, mentor sessions, paper setting. He/she ready to travel all over Maharashtra.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
