Roles and responsibilities :

• Analyse student’s requirements and help in resolving them within the period required
• Collaborate with students and parents and ensure that proper questions are asked to identify problems
• Help students develop academic plans in accordance with their skills, talents and strengths
• Facilitate crisis intervention and prevention programs
• Manage and prioritise tasks, ensuring that all the deadline are met
• Have strong communication skills and influencing power

Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in education domain or any relevant field
• Undergraduate or postgraduate both can apply
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to balance administrative and support services efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
