Dhee Guru is looking for ambitious creative, self-motivated and energetic Counselors.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Make inbound /outbound calls to recruit prospective students from the points of inquiry of the interested personality development/ career or Job oriented course.
• Interaction with students in a routine basis.
• Talking to the prospects through calls, WhatsApp as well as Emails.
• Good Convincing skills.
• Should have professional etiquettes.

• Good written and communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi both is a must )
• Good working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel & Internet.

• Engage in daily proactive sales efforts.
• Track and follow up on all sales opportunities through the database until a decision is made.
• Good communication skills. Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.

• Guiding candidates to take admission in our programs.
• Follow up with interested candidates.

• Should be confident, polite and professional by nature while handling academic queries.
• Handling of daily inward and outward telephonic calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
