Representative Role and Responsibilities of Counsellor job:  Initiating sales with expecting parents over the phone.  Asking inquiries to interact with clients and keep the speech communication going.  Listening to the customers’ has to generating referrals.  Gathering and documenting client info, payment ways and enrolment  Answering customers’ queries on the plan.  Meeting sales expectation.  Expecting patients through detailed conversations and observations to determine the conversations.  Discussing the plan with your client on a regular basis till enrolment.  Recording the client progress and guiding them as per the needs.  Responsible for handling a team consisting of verification, support, collection coordination & CRM tele calling team  Supervising & ensuring that the company working, reporting & business related protocol is adhered to by your team members.  Responsible to receive calls, mails from clients/ prospects on queries/ complaints & provide speedy resolution by coordinating with other departments.  Responsible to call & mail clients for payment recovery.  Coordinate with sales for generating leads. Essential Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills. 2. Creative thinking skills. 3. The patience and skill to interact with customers in speech communication. 4. Good sales ability. 5. Excellent social and drawback finding skills. 6. The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers. 7. Answering phones and explaining the plans and services offered by the company. 8. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their needs. 9. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis. 10.Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
