Sr.Sales Manager required at Ranchi

• MBA from Tier 1 business school,
• 10 years of experience & Candidate from Software selling industry, SAAS Based industry, Publication Industry, Edu tech Industry will be preferred.
• Demonstrated experience and track record in B2B and B2B2C sales.
• Strong storytelling ability and powerful communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across industry, academia, schools, students and parents.
• Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to drive execution and outcomes.
• Exceptional business acumen, data driven and tech-first approach and cross-functional understanding.
• Understanding of marketing and communications in an education context. Prior experience in education is beneficial but not necessary.
• Proven experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, Enterprise sales. Experience in B2B2C is an added advantage.
• Job Profile
• Lead the execution of sales processes – from lead generation, Customer qualification, initial customer engagement to successful closure. Highly results-driven, comfortable working in a fast-moving and multi-tasking environment.
• Achieve the set targets – monthly, quarterly – in terms of new Corporate acquisitions and User (Employee) Base expansion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute lead generation campaigns with the objective of opening doors and establishing new business engagements.
• Track and analyse competitor activities to formulate/refine go-to-market strategies to ensure shorter sales closure time, conversion ratio and market expansion.
• Use technology to demonstrate and promote programs and spur the early-stage growth while building strategies.
• Consistently review the processes and execution along with the founding team to maximize effectiveness.
• Participate and contribute meaningfully in strategy discussions with the Leadership.
• Conceptualize and drive communication of our story to the external world including students, parents, schools, counsellors, industry, influencers.
• CTC – Between 20LPA to 25LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹2,000,000.00 – ₹2,500,000.00 per year
