Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Wellness Manager to oversee and promote the health and well-being of employees at our office campus. As the Health and Wellness Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive health and wellness programs, managing on-site amenities, and fostering a culture of well-being among our employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Wellness Programs:

• Create and execute engaging health and wellness initiatives, including fitness programs, nutrition workshops, stress management sessions, and mental health awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, such as HR, facilities management, and external vendors, to design comprehensive wellness programs that cater to the diverse needs of employees.

1. Manage On-Site Amenities:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of health and wellness amenities, such as fitness centres, turfs, meditation rooms, and recreational areas.
• Ensure all amenities are well-equipped, clean, and meet safety standards.

1. Organize Wellness Events:

• Plan and execute wellness-related events, workshops, and seminars.
• Collaborate with external experts and vendors to deliver impactful wellness experiences.

1. Promote Health Education:

• Develop and distribute educational materials on various health and wellness topics.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to raise awareness about healthy living and disease prevention.

1. Monitor Wellness Program Effectiveness:

• Track the success of wellness initiatives by collecting and analyzing relevant data, such as participation rates, employee feedback, and health improvement metrics.
• Make data-driven recommendations for program enhancements.

1. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

• Keep abreast of the latest trends, research, and best practices in health and wellness.
• Apply new knowledge to continually enhance the wellness program offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Wellness Management, Public Health, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (at least 6 years) in health and wellness program management, preferably in a corporate or office campus setting.
• Strong knowledge of various health and wellness topics, including fitness, nutrition, mental health, and stress management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate employees.
• Ability to analyse data, measure program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Certification in relevant wellness-related fields (e.g., Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist) is advantageous.
• Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and creating a positive work environment.
